Black bean hummus

Ingredients
1.5 cups black beans, drained & rinsed2 cloves garlic1/2 medium tomato1/2 tsp ground cumin1/4 tsp garlic salt1/4 tsp black pepper2 Tbsp lemon juice water to thin
Directions
Chop garlic and tomato into smaller chunks, then add all ingredients except water to a food processor bowl. Process until mostly smooth (some small lumps are actually quite a nice texture) and add small amounts of water as necessary.
Makes about 1.5 cups of hummus, at six servings, serving size is 1/4 cup - enough to spread on a sandwich generously or take with veggies as a dip.
