Chicken Broccoli Fettuccine

Ingredients
6 ouces uncooked fettuccine3 C. fresh broccoli florets1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips1/4 t pepper1 medium onion, chopped1 C. sliced fresh mushrooms2 t. olive oil1 can (10-3/4 ounces) reduced-fat reduced sodium condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted2/3 C. fat-free milk1/4 C shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions
1. In a Dutch oven, cook fettuccine according to package directions, adding the broccoli during the last 5 minutes of cooking
2. Meanwhile, sprinkle chicken with pepper, saute chicken onion and mushrooms in oil until chicken is no longer pink. Remove from the heat; set aside
3. Drain fettuccine; stir in the soup, milk and reserved chicken mixture. Cook and stir over low heat until heat through. Sprinkle with cheese. Makes4 1-1/2 C. serving
