Multi-Grain Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp ginger1 1/4 cup rolled oats3/4 cup apple sauce1 tbsp flax seed1 tbsp pumpkin seed2 tbsp quinoa flour or flakes1/3 cup sugar1/3 cup brown sugar1 egg1 tbsp honey1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in small/medium bowl.
Combine sugars and applesauce in large bowl.
Add egg and honey to sugar/applesauce mix.
Add dry ingredients and chocolate chips.
Spoon onto cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes at 350.
Cool on rack.
Makes about 27 1 1/2" cookies.
