Chicken and eggplant stew

Ingredients
5 Chicken Breast boneless ans skinless2 onions1 Eggplant5 Garlic cloves1 Red Bell pepper1 Green Bell pepper2 medium tomato1 tbs basil2 tbs salt2 tbs parley3 tbs olive oil2 cups of spaghetti tomato sauce
Directions
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. pour into a 3-1/2 or 4-quart crock pot, cook on low settings for 8hr. Serves 6 (1-3/4 cup)
