Ingredients
* *Whole Wheat Tortilla, 1.5 serving (remove) * *grilled zucchini (4 pieces), 1 serving (remove) * *Grilled Green Pepper, 0.5 oz (remove) * Mushrooms, cooked, 1 tbsp (remove) * Shoney's Grilled Onions - 1.5 oz, .5 serving (remove) * Great Value Low Fat Sour Cream, .5 tbsp (remove) * Garlic, 1 clove (remove) * Cucumber (with peel), .1 cup slices (remove) * Romaine Lettuce (salad), 1 inner leaf (remove)
Directions
grill first 5 veggies in a grill basket
brush sour cream onto tortilla
put veggies onto tortilla
add cucumber
add lettuce
wrap tortilla and grill 5 minutes
