Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients
32 oz. hashed brown potatoes3/4 cup butter1 teaspoon salt1 1/2 cups onion, chopped1 cup cream of chicken soup (reduced fat, if possible)1/2 cup water8 ounces (1 cup) sour cream2 cups 2% (or other low fat) cheddar cheese, shredded2 cups corn flakes
Directions
Mix all the ingredients EXCEPT the butter and cornflakes.
Spread mixture into a 13 x 9'' glass baking pan
Mix the butter and cornflakes in a separate bowl and spread on top
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
Makes 20 1/2-cup servings
