5 Minute Berry Ice Cream

4 cups frozen fruit (I used blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, and marionberries)1 cup 2% milk1/2 cup sugar1 tsp vanilla extract
Chop up fruit in a blender or food processor until the fruit is broken up into tiny pieces.
Add milk, sugar, and vanilla and blend until well mixed.
Serve and enjoy! Makes 8 servings. Depending on how much you blend the final product, the serving size may be 1/3 - 1/2 cup.
For a richer or sweeter ice cream, use heavy cream in lieu of milk or add a little more sugar.
