Strawberry Shortcake

Ingredients
2 cups flour1/2 cup sugar2tsp. baking powder1/2 cup milk1/4 tsp. salt1/4 cup butter1 egg
Directions
Cream the butter, sugar, and egg. Next add all dry ingrediants until combined well. I use a large cookie scoop to put bake them on a cookie sheet. Baking time is based on size of cakes. Watch first batch carefully. Makes about 16 small cakes.

    At what temperature do you bake these? Did you sift the dry ingredients first?
