Ingredients
1 lb thin sliced round steak1 med. onion, thinly sliced1 large bell pepper, thinly sliced.5 cup mushrooms (or more, I only had a little bit for this recipe)1 beef boullion cube dissolved in 2 cups hot water1 can cream of mushroom soupSalt, pepper & garlic powder, to taste
Directions
Heat oil in large skillet. Season beef with salt, pepper & garlic powder. Sear in skillet, remove to plate. Add onion, peppers & mushrooms and brown. Add beef broth & cream of mushroom soup, stirring to loosen up bits from bottom of skillet. Add beef back, reduce heat and simmer until beef & veggies are tender.

Makes 4 servings.
