Taco Salad w/ Turkey

Ingredients
* Red Ripe Tomatoes, 0.25 cup, chopped or sliced * Onions, raw, 1/2 tbsp chopped * Garlic, 1/2 clove * Ginger Root, 1/4 tsp * Red Pepper, 1/4 cup * Onions, Spring Or Scallions, 0.20 cup * Salsa, 2 tbsp * Sour Cream, 2 tbsp * Ground Turkey, 0.5 patty (4 oz, raw) * *Cheese, Kraft Mexican Style Taco Cheese, 0.10 cup * Romaine Lettuce (salad), 5 inner leaf * Tortilla Chips, 1 oz
Directions
Place diced tomatoes in a container with juice, add chopped garlic, ginger and onions. Add oil and Worcestershire sauce. Let sit for at least an hour (the longer the better for taste).

Make salad with lettuce, peppers, green onions and tomato mixture. add crushed tortilla chips, cooked meat (can be seasoned with taco spice) and cheese. Add salsa and sour cream and toss.
