Tahena's Sesame & Pepita Snaps (uses Eggs)

* Flour, white, 2 cup * Baking Powder, 1 tsp * *Becel Margerine - Vegan (2 tsp), 72 tsp * Brown Sugar, 3 cup, packed * Egg, fresh, 3 large * Vanilla Extract, 3 tsp * *Sesame Seeds, 2 cup * Pumpkin Seeds, 3 cup
combine flour and baking powder
cream margerine, sugar, egg and vanilla
add flour mixture and combine well.
Grind 3 cups of pepitas and add to toasted sesame seeds then fold in seeds to flour egg mixture.
drop by teaspoons on baking sheet or parchment paper.
Bake at 350 until edges are golden brown. (6 - 10 min)
