Strawberry Mousse

1 pkge. lite strawberry gelatin1 c. frozen strawberries1 c. boiling water4 egg whites1 c. whipping cream (makes 2 c. whipped)
dissolve gelatin in 1 c. boiling water and stir well to disslove. Add frozen strawberries to makes 2 c. in volume. Place in refrigerator if necessary to thicken. Beat egg whites until stiff, Beat cram until stiff. Gently combine cream with gelatin mixture and then fold in egg whites. May be lightened up by using lite Cool Whip or Dream Whip but I prefer the non-chemical approach and use pure cream for the added taste and texture. May be served in tart shells or in a graham cracker crust as a pie. Makes 8 3/4 c. servings.
