1 pd chicken breast cut small pieces20 of pineapple chunks in juice1tbsp corn starch2 tbsp barbaque sauce2 tbsp soy sauce1/4 tsp ginger root1pkg of bird's eye pepper stir fry2 tbsp olive oil
Stir fry chicken in oil until no longer pink.remove from pan.
Add frozen peppers to skillet and cook until soft.
Drain juice from pineapple and reserve
Mix corn starch,soy sauce, barbaque,ginger and juice.
Add meat to peppers;add sauce. Heat until thickened
