1 lb okra sliced3 tbsp olive oil1/4 cup corn starch1/4 cup corn meal mix1 tsp table salt1 tbsp black pepper
Directions
Prepare okra
Heat olive oil in skillet until water dances
Shake okra in bag with corn starch, corn meal mix,
black pepper and salt
Fry until golden brown turning often
