Macaroni Salad w/Shrimp

Ingredients
8 c Small Shell Macaroni-uncooked2 c Celery-chopped3 1/4 c Frozen peas-defrosted3 c Onion-chopped1 c Dill pickles-chopped2 c Mayonaise2 T Mustard1/4 c Dill pickle juice1 1/2 t Parsley-dried1 t Dill weed-dried4 Eggs-boiled and chopped2 Eggs-boiled and sliced for garnish7 oz Shrimpsalt & papper to taste
Directions
Boil macaroni, drain, rinse well and set aside to cool.
Mix together mayo, mustard, pickle juice, parsley, dill weed, salt and pepper.
Add mixture to macaroni, mix well
Add onion and celery and mix gently
Add egg, peas and shrimp and mix gently
I keep 2 eggs aside to slice and place on top of salad
Recipe makes 24 cups of salad
Makes 48 - 1/2 cup servings
