Black Bean Tuna Salad

Ingredients
2 cans Tuna, drained1 can Black Beans, drained and rinsed3/4 cup Cucumber, chopped1/3 cup Red Onion, chopped2 Tbsp Lime Juice1 Tbsp Olive Oil6 Cups Red Leaf Lettuce (or your preference of lettuce)
Directions
Mix the tuna, beans, chopped vegetables, lime juice & olive oil in bowl. Put in refrigerator to chill.

Serve of a bed of lettuce. Serves 4 people.

Another option is to shred the lettuce and combine with the tuna mixture. Probably don't need all the lettuce for this option. Could also add diced tomatoes for additional flavor. Put the mixture in a tortilla to enjoy as a wrap. (Note: the recipe does not account for the calorie changes)
