Banana bread - low fat/no nuts

Ingredients
1 stick butter1 cup sugar3 mashed bananas1/2 cup egg substitute2 cups flour1 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt
Directions
combine first 4 ingredients
then slowly add last 3 ingredients
pour into lightly greased loaf pan
bake at 350º for 55 minutes - 1 hour
