Quick Tuna and Cheese Pitta

Ingredients
65g tinned tuna in water;1 wholewheat pitta bread;25g sweetcorn;15g low-fat cream cheese;30g grated low-fat cheese;1 sliced tomato.
Directions
Mix all the ingredients apart from the pitta and tomato together. Fill the pitta with the cheese and tuna mixture. Then add the sliced tomato.
Microwave on full power for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Serves 1.
