Chicken Salad with Grapes, Celery, & Pecans

Ingredients
Drain water from the three 3-oz. cans of Publix brand chunk chicken in water. Place chicken in mixing bowl. Add mayo, chopped celery, chopped grapes, and chopped pecans. Season lightly with salt and pepper or any preferred seasoning. Store in covered container in refrigerator.
Directions
Makes 3 lunch-size 4-oz servings @ 280 calories each or 2 dinner-size 6-oz servings @ 420 calories. To reduce the calories or fat, substitute other nuts for the pecans, or eliminate the nuts altogether.
