Elizabeth's Shrimp and Pasta

2 oz. Whole wheat spaghetti (2 oz dry=4 oz. cooked)1 medium tomato, diced1 small onion, diced2 T. garlic, minced1/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend3 oz. cooked shrimp1 tsp. Olive Oil
Cook pasta al dente. Drain and set aside.
Dice tomato into 1/2" pieces, chop onion, mince garlic. Place all into a non-stick pan with olive oil. Lightly saute till just warm. Add shrimp, seasoning, continue to saute till all ingredients are warm. Tomatoes will be juicy and onions lightly crisp. Light sauteing brings out the sweetness of the tomatoes and garlic without the acidity.
Pour over pasta, toss lightly to mix. Serve.
