Ingredients
Butter, unsalted, 6 tbsp Milk, nonfat, 3 cup Flour, whole grain, 3 tbspsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Melt butter, add flour stir for 1 minute, whisk in warmed milk to prevent lumps. Stir continuously over med heat until it begins to thicken, add salt & other flavorings depending on need.
