Cheesy Bean Dip

1 1/2 cup reduced fat mexican shredded cheese blend1 1/2 cups reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese1 can fat free refried beans1 can rotel mild diced tomatos with chiles1/2 cup fat free sour cream1 Tbsp. reduced sodium taco seasoning4 oz. 1/3 less fat cream cheese4 oz fat free cream cheese
1. Mix the two shredded cheeses together in a bowl and take out 1 cup to reserve for later.
2. Mix in the beans, tomatos, taco seasoning, and sour cream.
3. Dice the cream cheese into cubes and stir into the bean mixture.
4. Spray a glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and spread the bean dip in the bottom. Sprinkle the top of the dip with the remaining cheese.
5. Bake the dip in a 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are slighly browning.
6. Serve with baked tortilla chips or Trader Joe's low fat blue tortilla chips.
