Ingredients
2 tbsp Olive OilJuice of one Lemonpinch of cumin1-2 cloves garlicSea Salt to taste1/4 c raw pumpkin seeds Ground in a coffee grinder1 tbsp Agave nectar ( optional, but it brings a nice balance to the dressing)filtered water to thin if needed.
Directions
Grind pumpkin seeds in a coffee grinder until powdered or very finely ground. Add to Blender along with all other ingredients, blend until smooth. Add water as needed to thin.
