Chocolate Coconut Raisin Almond Candies

1 1/2 CUPS SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPSLet's Do Organic...-Unsweetened Coconut-Reduced Fat, 1 CupRaisins, 1 cup, packed (organic)Almonds, 1 cup, slivered
Melt Chocolate Chips in a double boiler. Once chips are melted add coconut, almonds and raisins. Stir well. Drop spoon fulls of candy mix onto parchment paper. Allow to fully cool.
I wear vinyl gloves and shape mixture into Tablespoon size balls. You can use your hands but I recommend buttering them first as well as allowing the candy mixture to cool enough to handle.
