Dreamfields Pasta, cooked & drained & lightly seasoned with the olive oil, 6 servingsParmesan Cheese, 1 TBlack Beans, .75 cAvocado, 1/4 cTuna, 2 cans water packed, drained, flakedMiracle Whip Free, 4 TCelery (diced), 1/2 cOnion (diced), 1/3 cCarrot (grated) 1/3 cMushrooms (sliced), 1 c canned, drainedTomatoes (diced), 1 can (87 cal) Yogurt, plain fat free, 3/4 cRosemary, fresh herb, 1/2 handful (or fresh basil)
Prepare each individual ingredient and add them all together. Carefully stir. Chilling in frig will improve flavor. You may choose to add more oil, dressing, chicken instead of tuna. Takes about 1/2 hour. Serves 6 people.
