Ceviche

Ingredients
Basic Ingredients:* 5 Cucumbers* 8 Roma Tomatoes* 2 Bushels of Radishes* 3 Batches of Green Onion* 2-3 Bushels of Cilantro* 2 lbs of Imitation Crab Meat* 1 lbs of Shrimp(modify amounts based on what you prefer or how much your trying to make)
Directions
This should serve (1 bowl) = 16

Cucumbers = peel skin, take out seeds and soft part in the middle, dice (not to fine, but not to thick)
Tomatoes = take out seeds and soft part in the middle, dice (not to fine, but not to thick)
Radish = dice (to desired size) ::: i like mine fine on these:::
Green Onion = dice (not to fine, but not to thick)
Cilantro = dice
Crab Meat = (take out of package) and separate with fingers, after you are done, chop once over
Shrimp = Cut in halves

Combine it all into a bowl and squeeze limes over it all, add salt throughout (as desired) and mix.

**Optional** Serve w/ Chips, Tapatio (hot sause) & Avocado
