1 Cup Non-fat Milk1 Small Banana1.5 Tbsp Chocolate Milk Powder Mix
Place all ingredients into a smoothie blender (or regular blender) and blend until smooth. I use a Basics Smoothie blender which makes one smoothie at a time.
