Flax waffles

Ingredients
1 c whole wheat flour1 c Mannaflax flour (flax flour)2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 3/4 c almond milk2 eggs2 TBSP sunflower oil
Directions
1. Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients until smooth.

2. Make well in center of dry ingredients. Pour liquid mixture into well; stir until just combined. There will be about 4 cups of batter. Allow batter to stand 30 minutes or overnight in refrigerator. Batter should be consistency of thick cream. Add additional milk to thin if necessary.

3. Heat waffle iron and cook according to waffle iron directions.

4. Serve hot and enjoy with a topping of your choice.
