1 Cup lowfat plain yogurt2 tsp splenda1/2 tsp Matcha green tea powder1/3 cup red seedless grapes
Directions
Makes 1 parfait

In parfait glass add green tea and splenda, mix thoroughly.
Add yogurt and stir until green color is consistent
Add red grapes and stir Voila, get ready for snack deliciousness!!!
