1 1/2 cups of FLOUR. (can use whole wheat flour)1 teaspoon BAKING soda1 teaspoon SALT3/4 cup of CANOLA oil2 tablespoons vanilla SOY milk1 & 1/3 cups of UNREFINED brown SUGAR egg replacer (for 2 eggs): 1 whole ripe banana OR 2 Tbsp. flaxseed dissolved in 6 Tbsp water (let sit 15min) 1 & 1/2 Tbsp vanilla extract2 & 1/2 oatmealOPTIONAL:chopped walnutsraisins *12oz. choc chips (dark or vegan) EGG REPLACERS: (1Tbsp of flaxseed in 3 Tbsp of water per egg OR 1/2 BANANA PER EGG)
oven: 350
mix flour, baking soda, salt and set aside
mix oil and sugar
mix egg replacer and add to sugar
add soy milk and vanilla
slowly stir in flour
stir oatmeal and choc chips
BAKE FOR 9-13 min.
