Challah Bread French Toast

4 slices Challah Bread.5 cup fat free milk.5 cup egg substitute2 tbsp ground cinnamon1.5 tbsp vanilla extract2 tsp powdered sugar
In a medium-sized bowl, mix together egg substitute, milk, cinnamon and vanilla extract.
Heat a medium or large skillet on low heat. Don't forget to spray it with Pam or another low-fat/cal oil.
Dip Challah bread in the milk mixture and make sure to coat both sides.
Place in warmed skillet and toast until both sides are golden brown (turn once).
After all pieces have been finished, sprinkle a dash of cinnamon and powdered sugar on top and serve!
