Almond Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 c fat free plain yogurt1/2c earth balance (or margarine)1/3c splenda1/3c sugar1 egg separated1 tbsp almond extract1 tsp vanilla extract1c reduced fat flour1c whole wheat flouralmonds
Directions
-Preheat oven to 350
-separate egg yolk from egg white and set aside
-cream splenda, sugar, yogurt, and margarine together in a med bowl.
-add egg yolk, vanilla, almond extract.
-add both flours and stir until all ingredients are combined.
-roll into balls and place on baking sheet. push 1 almond into the middle and brush the top with the egg white.
- bake until sides are golden brown.
