Vegetables, Mixed Salad Greens, 16 serving(s) (remove)Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 24 tbsp (remove)Bacon, 1 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw m (remove)Peas, frozen, 2 cup (remove)Cucumber (with peel), 1 cup slices (remove)Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes), 6 oz (remove)Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
Start this salad the day before you need it. It will allow the flavors to blend and taste wonderful!
Place mixed greens in salad bowl - preferably a clear bowl. Cover lettuce with mayo until you are able to see a layer of mayo over the salad. Cook bacon slightly crispy and chop. Place bacon over the mayo along with the green onion. Cover and place in fridge overnight.
Layer other ingredience before you serve the salad. You are able to add other veggies or even olives to add a different design.
