Meatloaf Balls

Ingredients
1 lb Lean Ground Beef, 1 C Ketchup, 2 TBSP Mustard, 1 Egg, 1/2 sleeve of crackers, 1-2 TBSP Worcester, Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Portion and roll into 16 balls (I pound it into the mixing dish and cut it like a pizza to get even portions). Cook in covered casserole dish at 350 for 45 minutes, drain,
*Optional mix 3 TBSP ketchup, 1 TBSP mustard, and brown sugar to coat meatballs after draining.

Cook without a life an addition 15 minutes (with or without sauce).

You may feel the need to add a little more ketchup or crackers, but if you leave it the way it is, each meatball is 1 WW point!
