Cheese Steak Sandwich

Ingredients
3" French bread.25 cup red cabbage1.5 oz sandwich steak (thin round steak)1 tbl cider vinegar2 tbl shredded Muenster cheese2 tbl chopped apple2 tbl brown mustard2 tbl Worcestershire SauceOptional: red pepper / red onion / carrots / mushrooms
Directions
1. Cut bread in half and hollow out each half
2. Marinade steak in .5 tbl brown mustard and .5 tbl Worcestershire
3. Chop up vegetables and sauté them with cooking spray
4. When veggies are done (easy to cut / translucent), add in steak and fry until done
5. Sprinkle seasoning onto both slices of bread
6. Put meat and veggies onto one half of the sandwich, top with cheese
7. Broil open-faced sandwich for 2 minutes
8. Mix 1 tbl Worcestershire sauce with 1 tbl brown mustard
9. Mix cabbage, apple cider vinegar and chopped apple
10. On top layer of bread, spread sauce and slaw and close sandwich
