Sweet Potato Puree, 1 CupApplesauce, 1/2 Cup Eggs, 2Brown Sugar, 1 1/2 CupsWhole Wheat Flour, 1 1/2 CupsBaking Powder, 1 tspGround Cinnamon, 2 tbspBaking Soda, 1/2 tspSalt, 1/2 tspChocolate Chips, 1 Cup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x9 pan. In a bowl, mix sweet potato puree, applesauce, eggs and brown sugar together until blended. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powdewr, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Add to sweet potato mixture and whisk until just combined - don't over mix. Lastly, fold in the chocolate chips. Spoon batter into the greased pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick, inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool in pan.
