Deep Dish Pizza Casserole

1 C chopped onion4 cloves minced garlic1 cup sliced mushrooms1 roll Pillsbury refridgerated pizza dough1 pkg MorningStar Farms Sausage Crumbles2 cans stewed tomatoes6 slices Sargento Farms reduced fat Mozzerela singles
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Spray skillet with cooking spray. Saute Onion and Garlic until soft. Add Sausage crumbles and cook thoroughly. Add mushrooms. Run stewed tomatoes through food processor or blender until smooth, add to pan and heat through.
Spray bottom/sides of 9X13 pan with cooking spray. Unroll pizza dough and press into bottom and up sides of pan. Place 3 slices of cheese evenly across the crust. Add Sausage mixture and bake uncovered for 12 minutes. Add remaining 3 slices of cheese and bake until crust is brown and cheese melts.
