Black Beluga Lentil Salad

Ingredients
8 oz black beluga lentils (Trader Joe's sells an 8 oz pre-cooked package)1/2 cup chopped fresh tomato2 tbsp fresh chives2 cloves garlic, minced1 tbsp fresh chopped rosemary (must use fresh)2 tbsp cider vinegar1 1/2 tbsp olive oil1/4 tsp saltblack pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Chill overnight to allow flavors to blend.
