Vegan mint chocolate chip "ice cream"

Ingredients
One can full fat coconut milk2 1/2 tbsp cacao powder1/4 cup coconut or palm sugar6 grams of very dark chocolate, chopped1 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
Directions
Combine coconut milk, cacao powder, coconut sugar and peppermint extract You can stir by hand or use a blender. Pour into ice cream maker and add chopped chocolate pieces. Make according to your ice cream maker's directions. Mine takes about 20 minutes and the ice cream is ready to eat. It will get very hard in the freezer so you will want to eat it right away.
