1# of lean ground beef1 can of Chicken Noodle Soup1 Pkt of Chicken Noodle Soup1 Cup of Rice3 Cups of Water3 Stalks of Celery, diced2 Tbs of Soy Sauce

Cook your meat, drain any fat or liquid. Add everything into a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
