Upside Down Pizza w/ ground turkey

* Ground Turkey, 1.5 pounds * mozzarella cheese, 1 cup * *Flour, white, 1 cup * Milk, nonfat, 1 cup * Egg, fresh, 2 large * Salt, 1 dash * Homemade Spaghetti Sauce, 2 cup
Brown turkey in large skillet. Add sauce and heat through (if using homemade sauce recipe and it is still warm, skip this step)
Combine meat and sauce in 13x9 glass baking dish and press into bottom of pan. Sprinkle cheese over the top of the meat. (I added pepperoni on top of part of the cheese for the kids; not included in calorie count)
In small bowl, combine flour, milk, eggs, and salt. Mix well and pour over top of the cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Slice and serve.
