Artichoke & Sun Dried Tomato Sandwich Spread & Dip

1 can quartered artichoke hearts (packed in water) drained1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes packed in olive oil1 whole clove of garlic
Directions
Place all ingredients in food processor and process until desired consistency. Makes approximately 12 servings. Serving size = 2 TBSP.
