Ingredients
6-8 new potatoes1lb fresh green beans1 sm onion chopped3 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp vinegar
Directions
Boil potatoes in skin, meanwhile brown onions in oil. Once potatoes are done remove from stove and cut into chuncks. Add vinegar to onion oil mixture. cook Green Beans
pour onion oil mixture over green beans and potatoes serve either hot or cold
