Low Cal Low Fat Zucchini Blueberry Bread

Ingredients
3 Eggs2 cups grated/shredded zucchini2 cups wheat flour1 cup white flour2 cups splenda2 mashed bananas2 cups frozen blueberries3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce1/4 cup olive oil1 TBS Vanilla1 TBS Cinnamon2 TSP Baking Soda1/4 TSP Baking Powder
Directions
Mix eggs, splenda, baking powder and soda, vanilla, oil, applesauce, bananas and zucchini. Add flours and cinnamon. Stir until the mix is totally wet and fold in blueberries. Pour into a greased and floured glass baking dish or cake pan. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. cun into 30 squares.
