1/2 cup organic Olive oiljuice from 1/2 organic lemon (more to taste if desired)2 tbsp Raye's Mustard Old World Gourmet (or dijon mustard)1 tbsp organic raw honeyhealthy pinch of unrefined sea salt (to taste) freshly ground pepper (to taste)
Mix the lemon juice, mustard, honey, salt and pepper in the bottom of a bowl. Add the olive oil slowly in a thin stream while whisking the mixture vigorously. The oil will emulsify with the other ingredients making a thick dressing.
This makes approximately one cup of dressing or 8 servings of 2 tbsp each.
