Ingredients
2 Mahi Mahi Filets (12 oz)! tablespoon Butter1/4 Cup Pecans, crushed5 Ritz Crackers, crushed1 Tablespoon While Wheat FlourSaltPepperLemon Slices
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
Spray bottom of a pan with cooking spray.
Melt Butter

Crush Pecans, Crackers, and mix with flour, salt and pepper. Cut fish into 4 equal peices.- coat fish in pecan mixture. place in pan. drizzle melted butter over the top of the coated fish. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Serve with Lemon slices.
