Chicken and Chick Pea Curry Soup

Ingredients
*Fresh Zuchinni and/or Squash, 4 cup (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)*Chick Peas, 1 cup (remove)Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) White Rice, long grain, 1 cup*Masala simmer sauce, Trader Joe, 0.33 cup *Cooking Spices (curry pepper thyme garlic etc), 3 servingChicken Broth, 10 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
cut up zuchinni into 1/2 inch cubes
heat soup pot with 3 tbsp of olive oil and saute chopped onion and red bell pepper and rice.
Add 10 cups of chicken broth and all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat to simmer.
Ready in about 25-30 minutes.
