Bermuda Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1 onion, chopped2/3 cup white sugar1 teaspoon salt1 cup vegetable oil1/3 cup cider vinegar1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper1 teaspoon celery seed1 tablespoon prepared Dijon-style mustard
Directions
Prepare dressing in a blender by combining the onion, vinegar, pepper, celery seed and Dijon mustard. Blend until smooth. Pour dressing over spinach to lightly coat. Toss and serve.
