Slow Cooker Chicken Dinner with Cabbage

Ingredients
4 medium-sized potatoes, cut into chunks4 Carrots, sliced1 large Onion, chopped Cream of Mushroom Soup, 98% fat-free, 1 canWater, tap, 1/2 cupCabbage, fresh, 4 wedges (approx. 1/2 medium head)Chicken Breast, boneless, skinless, 4 breasts1 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
1. Layer vegetables in bottom of slow cooker.
2. In small bowl, mix together soup, water, salt and pepper. Spoon half of mixture over vegetables.
3. Place chicken over soup and vegetables.
4. Add remaining diluted soup.
5. Cook on high for 4 hours or on low 7 hours, or until vegetables are done.

Make sure not to cook it too long or the chicken might dry out.
