Chilled Swiss Oatmeal

Ingredients
3 cups Old Fashioned Oats (100% whole grain)2 3/4 Non-fat milkjuice of half of a lemon (optional)1 Granny Smith Apple cored and either cubed or shredded1 peach1 cup of blueberriesGolden Raisins (optional)
Directions
Soak oats and raisins in just enough milk to cover - store overnight
Add apple, juice and fruit
Fold in yogurt

Add any kind of fruit you like! This is a great way to have oatmeal in the summertime!
